raft of memorandum to municipal  chair  person
ആദരണീയ ആയ  തൃപ്പുണിത്തുറ മുന്സിപൽ ചെയർ പേർസണ്‍  അവർകൾ മുന്പാകെ തൃപ്പുണിത്തുറ കോട്ടപ്പുറം   residential association  ബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്ന അപേക്ഷ

ഈ കോളനി നിവാസികളും മറ്റു സമീപവാസികളും നേരിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പല പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങൾ പല പ്രാവശ്യം പഴയ  വാർഡ്‌ മെമ്പറെയും ചെയർമാനെയും  ധരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടും  നാളിതു വരെയും ഒരു നടപടിയും എടുത്തിട്ടില്ല.   അതിനാൽ പഴയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ  തന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ അങ്ങയുടെ മുന്പാകെ  അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു . പ്രസ്തുത കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ താങ്കൾ ഏറ്റവും നേരത്തെ  നടപടി എടുക്കുമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .

  1.   യാത്രക്കാരുടെ നടുവൊടിക്കുന്ന  കോട്ടപ്പുറത്തെക്കുള്ള പ്രധാന റോഡും , രണ്ടു കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് ഗ്രാമസഭ അംഗീകരിച്ച , നാളിതുവരെ പുനർടാറിംഗ്  നടത്താതിരുന്ന ഇടറോഡുകളും ഉടനെ നന്നാക്കി ടാർ ചെയ്യുക

 2.    Lotus Garden Apartments ന്റെ പുറകിലെ പ്രധാന തോട് നീരോഴുക്കിനുള്ള തടസ്സങ്ങൾ നീക്കി ചെളി മാറ്റി നീരൊഴുക്കു സുഗമം ആക്കുക. കോളനിയുടെ കിഴക്ക് വശത്തുള്ള പ്രധാന കാനയും ചെളി നീക്കി വൃത്തി ആക്കുക . വെള്ളക്കെട്ട് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതുനായി പ്രധാന റോഡും ഇട റോഡുകളും ചേർന്നുള്ള കൊങ്ക്രീറ്റു കാന നിർമ്മിച്ച്‌ പ്രധാന കാനകളിലേക്ക് ചേർക്കുക.

 3.   സ്കൂൾ സമയത്ത്   (കാലത്തും വൈകുന്നേരവും ) ഇവിടുത്തെ താമസക്കാരും SNVP School ലെ നൂറു കണക്കിനു പിഞ്ചു കുഞ്ഞുങ്ങളും അവരുടെ രക്ഷിതാക്കളും ഓട്ടോ, വാൻ തൊഴിലാളികളും അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന തിക്കും തിരക്കും ഭീതിജനകമാണ് . പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഈ സമയങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നിൽ ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട  chair person and member  ഇവിടം ഒന്ന് സന്ദർശിക്കുക ആണെങ്കിൽ ഈ അവസ്ഥ നേരിട്ടു മനസ്സിലാക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കും .  എന്ത് ചെയ്യാനാകുമെന്ന് ആലോചിച്ച് ഒരു തീരുമാനം എടുക്കാൻ അപേക്ഷ .

കാനക്ക് മുകളിൽ സ്ലാബ് ഇടുന്നതോ സ്കൂളിലേക്ക് പുതിയ പ്രവേശന മാർഗ്ഗം തുറക്കുന്നതോ ചില നിർദേശങ്ങൾ മാത്രം .

     മേല്പറഞ്ഞ കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ അങ്ങയുടെ ഉടനെയുള്ള തീരുമാനങ്ങളും
                           പ്രവൃത്തിയും  പ്രതീക്ഷിച്ചു കൊണ്ട്

     who could not attend the function.

     treasurer could not attend the meeting

    decided to renovate the court with  lighting.
    to explore  scope of solar lighting too.

ഈ കോളനി നിവാസികളും മറ്റു സമീപവാസികളും നേരിട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന പല പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും ഞങ്ങൾ വീണ്ടും  വീണ്ടും വാർഡ്‌ മെമ്പറെയും അങ്ങയെയും ധരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടും  നാളിതു വരെയും ഒരു നടപടിയും എടുത്തിട്ടില്ല എന്നതിൽ ഞങ്ങള്ക്ക് അതിയായ ഖേദമുണ്ട് .കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷക്കാലത്തും ഞങ്ങൾ ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു അപേക്ഷ തന്നിരുന്നു എങ്കിലും അതിന്മേലും യാതൊരു നടപടിയും എടുക്കുക ഉണ്ടായില്ല. അതിനാൽ പഴയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ  തന്നെ ഞങ്ങൾ അങ്ങയുടെ മുന്പാകെ ഒന്നുകൂടി അവതരിപ്പിക്കുന്നു . ഈ വൈകിയ വേളയിലെങ്കിലും പ്രസ്തുത കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ താങ്കൾ സമയബന്ധിതമായി നടപടി എടുക്കുമെന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു .
